This Monday - Sunday meal plan is intended to guide you toward better eating habits - specifically, keeping calories below 1500 each day while still getting 75+ grams of protein. Although this plan is written in a way that can be easily followed, feel free to rearrange meals and snacks as you see fit. In addition, you may remove and/or add ingredients based on dietary restrictions or personal preferences. If you require additional calories each day, add an extra serving of rice, fruit, or protein to meet your caloric goals.
