This program will help improve your overall running fitness. This is achieved by steady progression at a low intensity, allowing for higher frequency in training.

As always, make sure you meet the pre-requisites and have the required equipment before proceeding with this program.

How to use it

Follow the program chronologically, ensuring you conduct each session as described.
If you have the time, on your rest days, conduct stretching of the lower limbs, starting from top to bottom.
