What this is

A complete revision pack for Cambridge IGCSE Accounting 0452, written for the November 2026 exam series.

It is not a textbook and it is not a pile of past papers. It is what I give my own students in the four weeks before the paper: the syllabus organised so it can be revised, two full mocks to sit under timed conditions, and answers detailed enough that you can mark yourself honestly without a teacher sitting next to you.

What's included

Complete revision notes — 37 pages All seven syllabus units. For each topic: the method, a worked example with real figures, and the specific mistakes that lose marks there. Plus a one-page ratio sheet, a command-word guide, twenty common traps, and a four-week plan built around the actual paper dates.

Mock Paper 1 — question paper and answer booklet A full 100-mark Paper 2: correction of errors and suspense account, bank reconciliation, sole trader financial statements, partnership appropriation and current accounts, ratio analysis and interpretation.

Mock Paper 2 — question paper and answer booklet A second full 100-mark paper: books of prime entry and journal, control accounts, depreciation and disposal, club accounts, incomplete records.

Between them the two papers cover every unit of the syllabus, with no topic repeated — so sitting both means being examined on the whole course.

Worked answers and mark schemes Every answer worked in full, with the marks allocated the way an examiner allocates them, and an examiner's note on each question explaining why the common wrong answer is wrong. That last part is the difference between knowing you got it wrong and knowing why.

You do not need a perfect paper. You need the questions you can already almost do, finished properly — heading written, workings shown, statement completed. Most lost marks are not lost to ignorance. They are lost to running out of time, misreading a command word, or leaving a statement half-finished. All three are fixable in the weeks you have left, and this pack is built around fixing them.

Who it's for

Students sitting 0452 in the November 2026 series who have been taught the course once and need it organised, sharpened and made examinable. It assumes you have seen the material before.

Who it's not for

If you are starting the syllabus from zero, you need a textbook first. This will not teach you double entry from nothing.
