This space—right outside your body—is already yours.
In fact, for your brain, the space just outside your skin is part of you.
It’s an extension,
a friend that’s been there all along,
inviting you to
move, expand, and connect.
This means... You don't have to keep shrinking yourself.
Space wants to dance with you!
In your mother’s womb, you spent nine months moving and growing within that spacious embrace, using it to shape the body you have now—the body that lets you feel alive, or the one that may sometimes feel far away.
Reclaiming this space is reclaiming yourself,
your own presence,
your own flesh.
Let’s make friends with it again.
In many ways, taking up space can be challenging.
The idea to move freely through our life, make ourselves bigger, affirm who we are, our truth, our dreams,
can be something we both deeply desire and fear.
That fear is very valid, and I don't suggest you convince yourself you shouldn't feel the way you do.
Instead, with this course,
I am inviting you on a journey of feeling safely.
Together, we’ll explore what it means
to feel the space around you —gently, openly—
and allow it to inform and inspire your movement.
With each step, you’ll discover the subtle pleasure of dancing with the space that is always here for you:

Claiming space is something you did before. In the womb of your mother, you went on a incredible adventure of shaping your own body... And you did it by using the space around. Up until now, your body is in a continuous process of embodying space. Of inhabiting it.
In this course, we will look at the wisdom of the embryo, using space to shape itself into becoming, to learn again how to keep unfolding the truth and joy of who we are.
Oriental dance, often known as belly dance, is a generous, playful, and sensual dialogue with space itself. Through a selection of a few movements found across many styles, we’ll explore what it means to embody your space confidently and joyfully.
These fluid moves invite you to embrace space with fullness, helping you reclaim a wholesome, grounded presence—right here, right now.
Make your feeling sense your compass. In this course, I invite you to pause often, tune in, sense into what you're feeling and listen to what arises within—emotions, sensations, subtle shifts in awareness.
Claiming space demands claiming your ability to feel. Which in turn invite you to deepen your trust in what you feel. In practicing being moved by how you feel the space, confidence will naturally become part of your experience - and ultimately will be part of how you embody yourself.
This course is the meeting of two of my passions :
You'll understand when joining the course : I love what I do and I am driven by my passions. However, I haven't been bubbly and joyful all my life.
Claiming Space has been one of my biggest challenges - I've spent a lot of times in dissociative states, living outside of my body because it felt safer than feeling, hiding myself - my body (which led to an eating disorder in my early twenties), my voice, ... Even now, I still sometimes notice old patterns of keeping myself small and doubting my ability to make my dreams a reality.
This course, then, is more than just a practice I’m teaching; it’s a piece of my story and a path that’s transformed me. By sharing it, I invite you to walk this path together. My hope is that Claiming Space becomes a companion on your journey, guiding you to uncover the hidden treasures within you. Together, we’ll embark on an exploration of movement, presence, pleasure, and the beauty of fully inhabiting the space that is yours to claim.
