I have extensive experience in the Health & Wellness industry, having worked in this field for nearly 15 years, most recently in fitness. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Natural Health as well as being a NASM & ACTION Certified Personal Trainer & have developed a passion for personal wellness & fitness.
