Four-book collection

In exchange for your donation of at least 25$, you will receive the complete Food Shapers four-book collection. This will showcase the full body of research conducted by our research fellows, in collaboration with their respective PhDs and Professors, throughout the Food Innovation Global Mission. The collection will include all four topics of Agro Innovation in Smart Cities, Future of Proteins, Scalable Sustainability and Circular Systems and Food Care - The Future of Food Service. Each Food Shapers book will include an expert introduction to the topic, written by a professor working in a similar field. This introduction will explain the main trends and challenges faced by industry, as well as introduce the resulting body of research. Following the introduction, a scientific review of the topic will be conducted by the topics PhD advisor.


Readers will then be introduced to our Food Heroes through a variety of interviews, personal stories and case studies. Readers will gain the opportunity to meet the incredible people shaping our shared future of food.


Each Food Shapers book will then conclude with a section highlighting practical recommendations to fill current gaps in the food system. This will aim to answer a number of questions about what the future of food may hold.
