Your workouts are built around your real constraints—layovers, weird hotel gyms, short windows of time, fatigue, jet lag, you name it. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s consistent adaptation that still builds strength and athleticism. What I do for you is take away the mental work of deciding what to do in the gym, how to do it, and what to eat, sleep, and track. All you need to do? Show up for yourself.


Q: Do you actually build the workouts yourself?

A: 100% yes. No templates. No recycled PDFs. Every training block is designed from scratch for your goals, time availability, equipment, injuries, schedule, and training experience.



Q: What if I’m in a hotel with barely any equipment?

A: Text me. If i don't answer immediately, I've trained an AI to message on my behalf. We'll immediately scale the workout or rewrite it for whatever space or equipment you have—bands, dumbbells, bodyweight, even luggage-based resistance. You will always have a plan.
