About Me

My name is Kristina, and I’m the creator of FlyStrong — a performance method built for people who live on the move.


I’m a N.A.S.M. certified personal trainer, former powerlifter, CrossFit competitor, and longtime swim coach… who also happens to be an airline pilot navigating long duty days, hotel living, jet lag, and a constantly shifting schedule.


After years of balancing two very different worlds — competitive training and full-time flying — I realized something important:


👉 Most fitness programs are not designed for people who travel.


They assume you have:

  • A reliable routine
  • Predictable sleep
  • Normal meal timing
  • And the same environment every day


Travelers — especially pilots and cabin crew — don’t have that luxury.

I needed a way to stay strong, explosive, conditioned, and healthy while living a lifestyle built around:

So I built my own system.
