The Baby Ballerina Doll is a very low-sew amigurumi pattern. She has a chibi body with stubby arms and legs, and wears a hairband and ballet dress. The no-sew body base is quick, easy, and worked in one piece. The only sewing required is for attaching the hair cap to the head. This pattern can be crocheted with different yarn weights and fibers to create different looks, such as a super bulky blanket or chenille yarn for a plush, velvety feel, or medium weight yarn in cotton or acrylic for a smaller size and clear stitch definition. It’s the perfect birthday gift, dance recital gift, or Christmas holiday gift for the little dancer in your life. Super bulky weight 6 yarn in desired colors (I used Hobbii Honey Bunny)

Black & pink yarn for embroidering details

5mm crochet hook

10mm plastic safety eyes

Stuffing

Yarn needle

ch = chain

sl st = slip stitch

surface sl st = surface slip stitch

sc = single crochet

hdc = half double crochet

inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)

dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)

dc = double crochet

dc-inc = insert 2 dc in same st

FLO = back loops only
