The Gorse It Lights My Way Machine Knitting Pattern

A knitting pattern for a fair isle Beanie inspired by the beautiful gorse.    There are two versions in the file - a machine knitting version and a hand knit version. 

The hat uses a 4-ply wool - or similar woollen spun jumper weight woolly yarn.   For the machine version it uses a standard gauge domestic machine with a ribber and punchcard or other patterning capability.   For the hand knitter, it's knit in the round on small circular needles and dpns.
