Hedgerow Beanie - Machine Knit

A Machine Knitting patter for the Hedgerow Beanie - a warm and slightly relaxed fit beanie.  The rhythmic fair isle pattern is inspired by the the hedgerows in the late summer as the hips and the berries start to fruit.  A rich palette of plums and oranges, with the morning mist..  The hat is shaped as a traditional beanie, with a shaped crown.

The pattern  was designed for the WoolCircle yarn with the hand dyed yarns with the late summer natural dye palette.. Any 4 ply wool yarn will do - I would suggest a toothy woollen spun yarn such as a Shetland yarn.
