Raising Yourself While Raising Kids is a great book to read. It teaches you the different Self Cares that are needed for everyday life while raising kids. I, being a Grandmother, am raising four grandkids. This has enlighten me on what is needed to help with everyday struggles in balancing life and children. I learned to develop a balance for well being such as taking time out to exercise. This can increase your emotional state of mind by having a positive mindset on life. Furthermore, meditation first thing in the mornings will help get your day started in the right direction. Lastly I have learned to make a schedule for the day. Do as much as you can & if for some reason you can't get it all done, don't stress about it. Always find time for yourself. Go above & beyond to achieve your goals. This was a great illustration to insert for my everyday busy life.
