By registering for a course, you agree to be bound by the conditions.

Once a course is purchased and downloaded, it is no longer refundable, as it can be downloaded to a computer and saved.

Once purchased, the therapist's chair is not responsible for outside influences beyond its control, including power failure, loss of internet or poor connectivity, technical problems, strikes, and acts of God.

By purchasing the course, you agree that your computing equipment is suitable for receiving the short course and materials, including, but not limited to, hardware, software, and internet bandwidth as required. There are no IT services to support downloading the course; the Therapist's Chair is not responsible for partial downloads. You agree to the terms and conditions by downloading and purchasing the course and have decided to participate.

A VPN may be needed in specific countries before downloading; you agree this is your sole responsibility.

Once purchased, the course is available for download and cannot be refunded. A genuine fraud to gain more access to the course for others with no payment would terminate membership and course details.

Each course is designed to be completed at your own pace; there is no right or wrong way to do so.

Access to videos will not typically time out. Course content: Each course is designed for adults 18+ to learn a new skill, improve their well-being, or achieve a specific gain of reduction in anxiety, depression, overthinking, and stress; however, there is no guarantee of results. Participating in a course is entirely at your own risk; please seek medical advice if you are unsure of your ability to participate at any point.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to take responsibility for your welfare and ability to attend and participate.

Course content: The course may change from time to time. The Therapist Chair will notify members via E-mail; contact can take 48 hours to respond. A course can also include a social media group; please endeavour to be respectful of others.

You agree to be supportive and not to infringe on another's rights or privacy.

You agree not to post abusive language that aims to destroy the course or provider or use the course content with malware. The Facebook group/page is inclusive and has zero tolerance towards malicious content, hate speech or foul language, which will result in eviction from the group, a lifetime ban in the case of hate speech, and reporting to the correct authorities. You agree not to adjust and repost, reproduce, change, re-publish, sell, share, broadcast, make available, disseminate, or distribute the content.

Fees are payable by you for the related teaching materials provided. The course is only available for one download. You agree to provide alternative payment where payment fails or declines and a download is accessed.

Please ensure you have the funds and will not put yourself into poverty by purchasing the course or extra support. Fees are usually paid by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal in pounds sterling. Please retain the receipt for proof of purchase or a screenshot. Before purchasing the course, you agree you are 18 years or older and the cardholder.

There are a few course variations: guided, self-guided, and one-to-one. One-to-one is ideal if you need continued support during learning. It is charged at an agreed-upon rate; no refund is available for missed sessions.

Payment is expected 24 hours before the support session. Reminders are generally not sent, and communication is usually by e-mail.

The Therapist's Chair reserves the right to modify and change the course at any time or suspend access for maintenance, emergency repairs, or upgrades to improve performance. The Therapists Chair is the sole owner of the course content.
