Yarn
The pattern requires 400 m / 437 yds fingering weight yarn for the main colour, and 100 m / 109 yds in each of 5 contrast colours. This versatile pattern is perfect to show off a beautiful luxury fibre yarn, but could be made from any fibre that will block well.

Sample is made using:
DyeNinja Camel Silk Fingering, 50% camel, 50% silk, 400 m / 437 yds per 100g skein. 
MC: Bedouin, 1 skein.
CC1 - CC5: ‘At the Beach’ NinjaPops set, 100 m / 109 yds per 25g miniskein.

Needles 
3.25 mm circular needles

Tension 
24 sts and 35 rows over 10 cm / 4 in, in stocking stitch. Gauge is not critical but will affect the finished dimensions and the amount of yarn used.
