The Fetal Medicine Appointment Companion
The Fetal Medicine Appointment Companion 🤍
A practical and supportive companion for navigating a fetal medicine journey
40-page PDF booklet · 6 repeatable appointment cycles · A4 · Printable · Digitally annotatable
Being referred to fetal medicine can bring a lot of new information, appointments, scans, questions and emotions all at once. The Fetal Medicine Companion has been created to give you one place to keep everything together — helping you feel a little more organised and prepared as you navigate your pregnancy.
Created from personal experience, this Companion is designed to help you prepare for appointments, record information from scans and consultations, keep track of questions and important details, and document your own journey along the way.
If you’ve found my one-page Pocket Resource helpful, the Fetal Medicine Companion is the next step — with 40 pages of practical information, tools and space to help you feel more prepared and supported throughout your fetal medicine journey.

It has been designed to support a wide range of fetal medicine journeys, whatever the reason for your referral or additional monitoring.

The Fetal Medicine Companion is a 40-page A4 digital PDF booklet, including 6 repeatable appointment cycles so you have dedicated space to use the appointment and scan pages throughout your pregnancy.

What the Companion is — and isn't 🤍
The Fetal Medicine Companion is a support and organisational resource, not a source of medical advice.
It has been created to help you prepare for appointments, organise information and document your own journey. It does not provide diagnosis, personalised medical advice or treatment recommendations.
Instead, it is designed to help you organise and record the information provided by your own healthcare team.
It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or care from your healthcare professionals. Always listen to and follow the advice and guidance given to you by your maternity and fetal medicine team, and speak to them if you have any questions or concerns about your pregnancy or your care.
Every pregnancy and fetal medicine journey is different, so please use the Companion alongside the personalised care and advice provided by your healthcare team.
Making the Companion accessible 🤍
I’ve tried to keep the price of the Fetal Medicine Companion as low as possible because I don’t want financial circumstances or background to be a barrier to accessing a resource that may be helpful during a fetal medicine journey.
If you are in a situation where you genuinely cannot afford the Companion but feel you would benefit from having it, please feel free to reach out to me via DM. I can’t promise that I’ll be able to provide a copy in every circumstance, but I’ll always do my best to see what I can do.
This is simply here for those who may otherwise be unable to access the resource — please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you genuinely need it. 🤍
A little note before you purchase
This is a digital PDF download. No physical product will be sent.
The Companion is provided as a PDF and is not an editable Canva, Word or other source file. Digital annotation will depend on the PDF-compatible app or device you use.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Please take a moment to read through the product description and look at the product images before purchasing to make sure it’s the right resource for you.
Your feedback matters 🤍
This Companion has been created from my own experience of navigating fetal medicine, but I know that every pregnancy and every fetal medicine journey is different.
If there’s something you think could be added, changed or improved, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
Your feedback would mean so much and will help me continue developing these resources into something that is as useful, practical and supportive as possible for the people who need them.
Created by a mum who has experienced her own fetal medicine journey, for other parents navigating theirs. 🤍
