Learning to Choose Yourself: 56-Day Printable Workbook for Women
You know what you need. Now, how do you say it?
Learning to Choose Yourself is a 56-day printable workbook for women who find it hard to say no, ask for help or act on their own needs. It is not about becoming harder or cutting people off. It is about being clear and kind at once, with yourself and with other people.
In 10 to 15 minutes a day, you will:
- Name what you actually need, in plain words
- Decide in advance with a few simple rules of your own
- Find words for saying no and asking that sound like you
- Practise three real conversations, easiest first
What’s included
- 56 daily pages with generous writing space on every prompt
- Four parts: What I Need, My Rules, My Words and Practice
- A Needs Inventory, Yes Budget, Boundary Script Bank and Hard Conversation Planner
- Five Permission Slips, plus a bonus pack of slips to cut out and keep
- A Day 56 Letter to yourself and a Keepsake Page
- A full-colour cover
- Both US Letter and A4 files, so you can print on the paper you have
How it works
Print at 100% (Actual Size), then punch the pages into a binder or take the file to a print shop for spiral binding. Do one page a day. If you miss a day, carry on from where you are. Every practice step starts with the easiest version, and you choose the pace.
Who it’s for
Women who have spent years saying yes and want to change that gently. It is also a thoughtful gift for a mother, sister or friend who always puts herself last.
