Keep every guest, reply, meal choice and seat in one calm, sage and ivory spreadsheet.

WHAT IT DOES

• Guest List for up to 300 guests: name, household, side, invite sent, RSVP status, meal choice, dietary notes, plus-one and table number, with dropdowns so entries stay tidy.
• RSVP Dashboard that counts itself: guests on the list, invitations sent, attending, declined, awaiting, response rate, plus a split by side.
• Meal counts for your caterer, counted from attending guests only, with a line for anyone who has not chosen yet.
• Seating tab that fills itself: type a table number on the Guest List and the name appears at that table (up to 12 seats per table, up to 30 tables). Each table shows seats assigned against capacity and flags any table that is over.
• Unseated Check that lists every attending guest who still needs a table.
• Budget mini-tracker: per-head costs multiplied by your attending count, plus fixed costs with budget, actual, paid and still to pay.

HOW TO USE IT

• An .xlsx spreadsheet with no macros. Tested in LibreOffice Calc; not yet opened in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Set your date, tables, seats, meal options and sides on Settings, then fill in the Guest List. Cream cells are for typing; white cells calculate on their own.
