The socks are worked in a DK weight, to help you get to grips with how a sock works, but in a yarn that is thick enough to hold interest and work up quickly. Plus it makes for snuggly warm socks.

A garter band down each side of the sock front will help to remind you which part you are working on while also stopping the sock from becoming boring. The pattern comes with two videos, one for magic loop, and one for DPNs, so you can decide your own preferred method. Everything is written out from start to finish with explanations of each section.
