Ya know what I hate?
Traveling in my TTRPGs.
Rather than just "fast traveling" to your destination or rolling up some random encounter chart just to have something to do along the way, why don't you live out your Horse Girl dreams!?
Turn your in-game travels into a minigame. Use it as an opportunity to flesh out your world in a very low-risk setting.
Players will choose whether they are sitting on the Left or Right side of their vehicle and prepare to be swept up in a tale carefully woven together by your GM of:
Trees passing by, dragons destroying a far-off town, a strange clown frantically calling out for help by a broken wagon, and most importantly HORSES!
Keep track of how many horses you see and which side of the road they are on and earn points for those you find first and call correctly and lose points for the ones you get wrong. Just pay extra close attention to graveyards so no one steals your Horse Points (HP).
Who knows...maybe you'll even see a UNICORN!
Is it a silly game? Yes. But is it a ton of fun? Also yes.
