My name is Henry Naiken. For the past 45 years, I have been involved in exercise. I started off with Martial Art at the age of 15... then added weight training as a supplement to gaining strength in my strikes.

Along the first half of my life, training was consistent and all went well... then the change of jobs and lifestyle started to have its toll on my workouts and so I was rolling on a yo-yo system of training - that is one month I am all out doing my workouts, then on other months nothing at all... Travel and other job-related challenges would find me losing out on my programs... thus creating a rise and fall of my body weight.

At the age of 58, whilst in South Australia, my first son was born on the 17th of June 2015. After having been ‘diagnosed’ by the medical experts for 58 years that I was unable to have a child... you can imagine the joy, excitement, and happiness this brought into my life.

So, with two years of caring for my son, (not an excuse) whilst his mom went to work every morning, I stopped exercising as I should do and with the exotic Island food in Seychelles, the bulk began to appear in
the worst place that we all know - THE BELLY!
