2023 Chibi Base

Here's my 2023 Chibi Base with over 50 options! This will work with all types of software and is procreate friendly.

Please make sure your device can open .ZIP files if you cannot open the .PSD or .CSP files. (The zip includes individual transparent layers so that you can import them into your software.)
