A relaxing and calming experience

I haven't been able to meditate easily and really needed help with reducing my stress levels. Always felt I never had enough time with so much going on. This helps me to reflect on how I'm feeling and concentrating on my breathing. Very helpful for just 10 minutes per day and is already making a positive difference.
