It's a STEADY-STATE CARDIO DANCE PARTY! 30 minutes of non-stop calorie burning cardio workout for all fitness levels. Anyone can do this workout. Nadyia created easy follow along moves and modifications for all types of movers. Each cardio workout begins with a warm-up and builds to a fat burning pace, to finally ending with a cool down/stretch segment to complete the workout and prevent injury.

PURE STRENGTH:
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you'll strengthen and tone your body with EMPOWERED 30 FOR 30 PURE STRENGTH! This segment is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS but challenging. Nadyia created modified moves for anyone who has difficulty doing fullout versions of exercises. We'll use dumbbells to train your upper body and lower body. We'll also utilize bodyweight exercises to train the core and create lean muscles as you work major muscle groups and boost your metabolism. Each strength workout begins with a warm-up to prepare the body for the challenging movements and finally ending with a cool down/stretch segment to complete the workout and prevent injury.
