• Gives you a to-do list of quotes to follow up and invoices to chase.

• Steps unpaid invoices through a reminder ladder: friendly, firm, final notice, then call. It also tracks promised payment dates and part payments.

• Shows how much money is owed and how overdue it is, your win rate and why quotes were lost.

• 6 editable message templates fill in the client, amount, dates and your bank details. Messages are not sent automatically.

• Room for 200 quotes and 300 invoices.

3. Tool & Equipment Register + Test & Tag Log (A$19 on its own)

• Register (300 items): serial numbers, purchase details, replacement value, where the receipt is kept, warranty, location, loans, and insured Y/N.

• Logs: a test & tag log (1,000 rows) that uses the latest test for each item and works out the next due date, plus a service & repair log (500 rows).

• Dashboard: gear value, insured vs not insured, test & tag status and a to-do list.

• Theft & Insurance List: a printable list of lost or stolen items with their serial numbers.

FAQ

• Is it a subscription? No. It's a one-off purchase and an instant download.

• Do I need to be registered for GST? No. The Job Costing tracker has a GST Yes/No setting, and the Payment Chaser can add "(incl. GST)" to amounts in its messages.

• Will it work in Google Sheets? Yes. Formulas and dropdowns carry over. Sheet protection doesn't, so stick to the yellow cells.

• Is this tax, legal, safety or insurance advice? No. These are record-keeping tools. Test & tag must be done by a competent person under your state's rules.

• Can I share it with my mates or my team? The licence covers use in your own business. Please don't resell or share the files.
