Pattern Description:
Love is always the key. We know that. But now we can also SEW that! Love is the Key features a heart-topped key and is a very easy, beginner-friendly paper piecing pattern. It has only three pieces and no tricky angles, making it a great pattern for even the most apprehensive paper piecers.
This versatile pattern can be used on its own as part of a mug rug, table runner, pillow, or mini quilt, or can be added to a larger quilt. Make a rainbow of heart-topped keys to fill a room with love. The pattern includes border and seam allowance lines in red for a 4.5" wide version of the block to facilitate easy joining when more than one key is made.
This pattern does not contain basic paper piecing instructions, but you can find a tutorial with instructions on my blog at http://nightquilter.com/2014/06/03/tutorial-basic-foundation-paper-piecing/
