Season of Seeding - The Seed Sack Inventory
A soft reflection companion for the Season of Seeding
Every season we carry seeds: ideas, roles, longings, and "shoulds." Some are ready to scatter, some are not yet ripe, and some need to return to compost.
The Seed Sack Inventory is a gentle reflection journal to help you notice and tend what you are carrying.
What's included:
- Daily Reflection pages (5 copies) — to track the threads holding you, moments of kinship, and what's stirring toward emergence
- Ikigai diagram — the traditional four-circle practice for finding your life's purpose
- Ikigai for Emergence — a reimagined version for times of change and uncertainty
- What are you carrying? — prompts to list and sort your seeds (projects, roles, offerings, patterns)
- Spark Test — gentle questions to discern what still feels alive
- Seed Sacks — a visual tool to sort what you'll carry, compost, or scatter
- Seed Whispers — space to let a seed speak to you (4 pages)
- Intention Setting — to name what you want to back with your time, energy, and tenderness
This journal is designed to accompany the Season of Seeding, but it can be used anytime you feel full, uncertain, or in transition. It's especially supportive at the start of a project, a season of life, or when you're discerning what to carry forward and what to lay down.
This is not a worksheet to "finish." It's soil-work: a space to pause, rummage, and reflect on what wants to grow next.
