Season of Seeding - Roots Remember
A practice of subterranean belonging and shared ground
Beneath every step, there is ground. This is not just the visible surface, but strata upon strata of support: human, more-than-human, geological, ancestral, biological.
This simple practice invites you to pause and notice the ground beneath your feet as layers of ancestry, ecology, and relationship. Through remembering lineage, tracing roots outward, and offering back, you begin to feel your place in the living field of support and challenge.
This practice includes:
- A guided grounding ritual (30 minutes)
- Prompts for noticing ground, remembering lineage, and tracing relational roots
- An invitation to offer back to the shared soil
A grounding ritual for both steadiness and reciprocity.
Time: 30 minutes
