What the Trilogy Includes
1️⃣ Find Your Flow & Balance - Handstand + Rocket 1
Start with flight. Develop your handstand mechanics, alignment, and confidence before moving into a dynamic Rocket 1 practice that connects strength, breath, and balance.
2️⃣ Open Your Heart & Align Your Spine -Spinal Mobility + Rocket 2
Free your spine and refine your posture. Then take that new awareness into an uplifting Rocket 2 sequence filled with backbends, inversions, and powerful transitions.
3️⃣ Grounded & Free - Splits Mobility + Rocket 3 ‘Happy Hour’
Deepen your flexibility and strengthen your hips for front and middle splits. Then bring everything together in Rocket 3 - the most energetic and fast-paced practice of the series.

This workshop will be 4 hours long from 11am - 3pm. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
📍Location: 24a, the lanes shopping centre, Birmingham Rd, Wylde Green, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield B72 1YG . Parking is available in the shopping centre car park and is free for the first 4 hours.
Blocks and mats will be provided, but if you prefer to bring your own then please feel free!
Frequently Asked Questions
When should I arrive?
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the allocated start time (any earlier and the doors will not yet be open). Doors will close promptly at the start time.
If I'm a beginner, can I still join?
Mindset is everything. Come ready to be challenged! We’ve structured these workshops to help you build strength, stability and flexibility before we dive into the Rocket practice. Rocket 3 is the most challenging, therefore this is not suitable for complete beginners.
What are the facilities like?
The workshops will be held in a boutique yoga studio, with access to toilets, changing rooms and showers.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable gym or yoga attire as there will be lots of movement involved! Layering your clothing is a good idea to be able to take off a layer during physical practice and to have a layer to put back on during meditation.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring yourself and a bottle of water! Refreshments and food will also be provided. All mats and props will be provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
I have an injury, can I still attend?
Absolutely, we will provide adaptations where needed to consider all students. A pre-screening will be done on injuries; if you’re unsure then contact Carly or Chloe prior to booking.
Why is the workshop 4 hours long?
You’re getting expertise from two teachers in different fields, and therefore expanding your knowledge and skill set vastly. 4 hours is needed to cover topics in depth. Don’t worry, there will be a short lunch break in-between (refreshments and food provided). Additionally, you can take breaks as and when needed!
What if I can no longer attend?
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy - please contact Carly or Chloe in the event of a cancellation.
