This non-refundable Event Deposit / Retainer Fee is required to secure your event date and begin planning or coordination services with Divine Passion Designs.

Deposits help reserve your event on our calendar and allow us to begin organizing and preparing for your event needs. This payment will be applied toward your final event service balance unless otherwise stated.

⚠️ All deposits/retainer payments are non-refundable.

⚠️ Event dates are NOT secured until the deposit has been paid.

⚠️ Deposit amounts will be applied toward the final balance unless otherwise stated.

⚠️ Final balances are due 14 days prior to the event date unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.

⚠️ Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

⚠️ Event cleanup services are NOT included unless added separately.
