Finally, a Planner Kit Built for Your ADHD Brain — Not Against It

Why I Made This

This toolkit started with the people closest to me. Several friends and family members struggle with ADHD — and watching them cycle through planners, apps, and systems that were never designed for how their brains actually work made me want to build something different.

Something that didn't punish them for missing a day, or make them feel broken for needing more than a blank weekly grid.

I'll be honest — I'm not exempt from this either. I sit somewhere on the borderline myself, occasionally wrestling with attention and focus in ways that standard productivity tools never quite addressed. That personal experience shaped every page of this bundle.

I know what it feels like when a planner makes you feel worse, not better. This toolkit was built to feel like a gentle companion — not another system to fail at.

Who This Is For

If you struggle with ADHD overwhelm, time blindness, perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, distraction, or that relentless inner critic — this was made with your brain in mind, not against it. Whether you're formally diagnosed, self-identified, or somewhere in between — you belong here.

What's Inside — The Complete Bundle

Daily ADHD Planner — 64 pages across 6 structured sections:

The planner follows a natural ADHD-friendly journey — but you can start anywhere, in any order, with zero pressure.

  • Section 01 — Foundations: Why planning feels overwhelming, how to gain control over ADHD, time perception and management
  • Section 02 — Get Focused & Organised: Daily trackers, brain dump, weekly planners, evaluation and vision, monthly overview, Eisenhower Matrix for prioritising tasks
  • Section 03 — Set Goals, Rewards, Values & Habits: Goal setting and tracking, personal projects, rewards system, qualities, values and habit tracking
  • Section 04 — Perfectionism, Self-Esteem & Mental Health: Mental health tips and tracking, wheel of life, gratitude journal
  • Section 05 — Track & Control: Distraction tracking and control, bills, passwords, progress and money tracker, sleep, screen time, mood and medication tracking
  • Section 06 — Reduce Stress & Create Boundaries: Box breathing, stress reduction with the 3 R's, healthy boundaries, conclusion

ADHD Iceberg Workbook — 30 pages

Most planners only address what's visible — tasks, schedules, to-do lists. This workbook goes beneath the surface to tackle what ADHD actually feels like from the inside.

Covering 30 pages of guided emotional work across:

  • Shame and inner critic — identifying and challenging negative self-talk, transforming shame with self-compassion
  • Growth mindset and the ACT approach
  • Anger — triggers, coping tools, healthy expression, anger in relationships
  • Anxiety and depression — how ADHD causes and worsens both, distinguishing ADHD from depression, reducing symptoms
  • Self-care, sleep, and letting go of anxious thoughts
  • Worry jar, anxiety breakdown, and taming the thought tsunami
  • Mental health daily tracker

This isn't journaling for the sake of it. Every prompt is a practical tool for managing thoughts and emotions that ADHD makes harder to regulate. Gentle, validating, and grounded in real coping techniques.

Bonus 1 — Quick ADHD Stress Reset Toolkit (6 pages) When everything feels like too much — 1 to 5 minute calming tools including 4-7-8 breathing, grounding exercises, and rapid reset techniques you can use anywhere.

Bonus 2 — ADHD Routine Builder Checklist (6 pages) Build your own gentle 3 to 5 step morning and evening routines that actually work with your brain. No rigid schedules, no perfection required.

Quick Start Guide No right order, no pressure. Start anywhere that calls to you.

ADHD Planner

I got this planner after trying out multiple other ADHD planners. Unlike other planners I have used, this is quite comprehensive and user friendly. The iceberg was really good. Daily trackers, stress resets, perfectionism mgmt. are helpful provided one starts using them at least a little bit. You don't have to feel nervous or guilty if you skip a day or two.
