After more than 40 years in floristry, I have learned that staff are the lifeline of any successful business. When people feel appreciated, respected, properly trained and part of the team, they are far more likely to grow in confidence and give their very best.

I created this booklet to help managers support their staff consistently and understand how each person learns. It includes practical checklists, training sheets and support forms that can be used as ongoing working tools—helping every member of the team feel valued while maintaining excellent standards throughout the business.
