With more than 40 years of practical floristry experience, Nikki has built her reputation on beautiful flowers, exceptional customer care and dependable service. Her experience covers everyday retail floristry, weddings, funerals, large installations, staff training and the day-to-day realities of running a successful flower business.

Floristry is a wonderful and rewarding career, but it is also much harder than people often realise. Behind every beautiful arrangement are early mornings, tight deadlines, perishable stock, emotional conversations and the constant responsibility of getting every detail right.

After more than 40 years in the industry, I want to share the practical lessons and systems that have helped me run Vivaldi Flowers.

I have created this guide to help other florists feel more organised, protect their profit, care for their customers and avoid some of the mistakes I have learned from along the way.

Most importantly, I want florists to have more time and freedom to enjoy the creative work that brought them into this wonderful industry in the first place.
