You are permitted to:

You are not permitted:
a) to sell, rent, lease, sub-license, loan, transmit, re-distribute, share - to third parts the whole or any part of the transmitted files (M1 soundset for KORG wavestate) or sounds.
b) to distribute any part of the transmitted files without the Owner express written permission.

LiPI do not warrant that the functions contained in the sound pack will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the sound pack will 
be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the sound pack will be corrected. 
LiPI do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the sound pack or any documentation provided 
therewith in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. 
No information or advice given by LiPI shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. 
LiPI is not liable for any claims or damages whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury, intellectual property infringement, 
loss of profits, or interruption of business, or for any special, consequential or incidental damages, however caused.
The user is not allowed to distribute the sounds or samples of the sounds. Sounds provided within the provided pack by LiPI are also licensed 
to the user “as is” with the same terms and extra term added that the user may not copy or sample sounds for distribution use.
By submitting the final order you agree all the above terms and conditions.
