Plant-Based Eating with a Faith-Based Perspective

Combining the healthiest diet on earth

with the timeless wisdom of scripture

Good News!

You’ll be happy to know that your health is not primarily determined by your genes or what your relatives may be suffering!

Your health is largely determined by things you can control, such as regular exercise, sunshine, stress management, good sleep, and one of the biggest factors of all, the three to five pounds of food you ingest every day.

But did you know that studies show a strong link between spirituality and health outcomes as well?

That's Where This Course Comes In

Without a doubt, we live in a diverse world filled with a wide variety of spiritual views...including atheist, Catholic, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, and various Christian denominations, just to name a few.

This course, however, is geared toward those in the Christian community or anyone who's simply open or interested in learning more about how the two topics of diet and scripture prove to affirm each other.

Sadly, Christians today fare no better than the general public when it comes to suffering from obesity and diet-related illnesses...

...but this course will hopefully change that by offering encouragement and a fresh perspective on how today's healthiest diet correlates with the teachings of scripture.

If you come from a differing background, I urge you to watch this course anyway, just to observe how some of these principles would still apply to your life. Health is a great equalizer. The natural laws that pertain to the physical body apply to everyone, regardless of their spiritual beliefs.

In this course, you'll learn:

  • The cost of "conforming" to today's dietary culture - and what you can do about it
  • Suggestions for a healthy church atmosphere
  • Why we will reap what we sow - especially with food choices
  • Is "everything in moderation" a good idea?
  • How our food choices affect those around us
  • How we become slaves to food, and how to find freedom
  • Why 'double-mindedness' makes us unstable - and fails us when it comes to nutrition
  • Practical and Spiritual tips to combat food addiction
  • How to battle overeating with the true source of self-control

Also included in the course...
