Random Questions

In this lesson, students will discuss the concept of random questions and discuss some of them. They will also watch a funny sketch from the American TV show "The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon" in which Jimmy and the comedian Jerry Seinfeld discuss some random questions at work. Students will listen for gist and for detail. They will also work on connected speech, pronunciation, word stress and intonation in spoken English.By the end of the lesson, students will choose a follow-up task (speaking, writing, listening, reading).
