This Program is designed for 3 days on and then 1 day off. It allows you to recharge your system every 4th day! Make sure to take that day to eat and recharge your batteries. Make sure that the count is day 1,2,3 on day 4 is off, then day 5, 6 and of course day 1 is day 7…of course that means day 8 is OFF, so you will pick back up on day 2 as day 9. Make sense? YES of course, just follow the days in succession utilizing the 3 on and 1 off. You will get into the groove and love the training. Don’t be fooled by the days off, you are going to need them.
