I was trying a few different protein ice cream recipes I was finding around, looking for recipes that didn't call for any type of stuff I didnt generally have on hand. I heard about these being the best and decided "fine, I'll get whatever xantham gum is" and ya know what? Now I eat ninja creami almost every day. It's EXCELLENT. Haven't tried them all yet but so excited to try them based off the 3-4 I've had already. So good!
