RoboCop is about "Omni Consumer Products", an evil corporation that exploits the crime of Detroit to taking over city and to privatize it's municipalities and it's police force. Who can stop the? The very man-borg that they've created to help them, who turns against OCP - championing the city. It's a satirical look at what the future might bring, and one hell of a classic '80s action flick set in a the world of science fiction
