Kingdom Fruitfulness
Ever wondered how you can incorporate your Christian beliefs into the workplace and be able to live out your beliefs on a daily basis. This book will help you do exactly that with a 52 week program that will enable you to exercise biblical truths and principles that will enable you to shine as a light in the workplace.
Silas Chitiyo’s primary goal is to transform workplace culture by equipping kingdom citizens especially managers, leaders, and business owners to lead and work according to biblical truth. He wants to solve real workplace problems (disengagement, toxicity, poor communication, lack of accountability) not with secular management fads but with God’s Word as the ultimate blueprint.
Specific aims:
- To redirect work in truth – helping readers see their job as worship and their colleagues as people to serve, not compete with.
- To build kingdom culture from the top down – targeting leaders first because they shape organisational climate.
- To produce supernatural favour and career success – not as prosperity gospel, but as the natural outcome of faithfulness, diligence, and servanthood (Proverbs 22:29, Psalm 75:7).
- To make the workplace a pulpit – where believers shine as lights, bear fruit that remains, and draw others to Christ through their example.
The book is intensely practical: it gives daily action steps, biblical anchors, and a long‑term program. It does not promise quick fixes but sustained fruitfulness through abiding in Christ (John 15). Ultimately, Chitiyo wants readers to stop conforming to worldly workplace norms and become “trees of righteousness” who give more than they receive—transforming their organisations for God’s glory.
