Silas Chitiyo is a corporate trainer, author, and kingdom-culture advocate with over four

and a half years of experience training managers and subordinates across multiple

industries and countries. His passion was forged in the crucible of real workplace

experience — having witnessed firsthand both the toxicity that poor leadership

produces and the transformation that servant leadership achieves.

Silas writes and trains at the intersection of biblical truth and practical workplace

application, equipping managers, leaders, business owners, and employees to bring
