Most people make decisions by trying to avoid the worst outcome. We’re going to help you choose TOWARD what you value, not just away from what you’re afraid of.

Duration: 4 hours (can be split into two 2-hour sessions if needed)
Availability: I offer 2 VIP days per month to protect the quality of my work and ensure that each client receives my full presence.
Therapy helps you to understand your past, process trauma, and work through mental health challenges. This is focused on your future: you have a decision to make, and we’re building a framework to help you make it from alignment.
If you’re in therapy, this complements that work. Many of my clients are in therapy and find this addresses a different need.
Clarity doesn’t mean you’ll have certainty about outcomes, no one can promise that. Clarity means you’ll know what YOU value and which option aligns with those values. You’ll trust your choice because it’s rooted in who you are, not in trying to predict an unpredictable future.
If after our work together you genuinely don’t have clarity on your values or how to apply them to your decision, we’ll talk about what’s blocking that and determine next steps.
This is the secret fear, isn’t it? That you’ll get clarity and it will mean you have to leave your job, end your relationship, move, disappoint people.
Here’s the truth: You won’t leave with homework to blow up your life. You’ll leave knowing whether that’s even what you want, and if it is, you’ll have a values-based framework to do it intentionally, not impulsively.
Many of my clients discover their decision isn’t as dramatic as they feared. Sometimes clarity means staying, but staying intentionally, with boundaries and renewed commitment.
The deliverable isn’t a 90-day action plan. It’s clarity on what you value and how to make this specific decision. You can use it immediately.
Implementation is straightforward because you’re not trying to follow someone else’s system, you’re operating from your own values.
Also: if you don’t trust yourself to follow through on a clear decision that aligns with your values, that’s data. That’s something we can address in our time together either on the day, or in the future.

This intensive is for YOU to get clear on YOUR values and YOUR decision.
Having someone else in the room often means you’re performing or filtering or managing their emotions.
That said, after our session, many clients choose to share their Values Compass and Decision Matrix with their partner as a way to communicate their thought process. That’s up to you.
The framework we build is values-based, not circumstance-based. If external factors change, you’ll still know your values and how to evaluate new options through that lens.
Plus, you’ll have 7 days of Voxer access after our intensive to ask questions as you navigate implementation.
