If you are a Muslim

Purify with Ghusl (full shower with ablution (wudu')) with the intension of being ready for praying: after (ganaba); intimate relations between the husband and wife or after ejaculation (due to a wet dream, for example), and upon completion of a woman’s menses or post-natal bleeding or if you did not purify from your last ganaba by Ghusl with the intension of being purified for praying.

Or just purify with ablution (wudu') for the intension of being ready for praying: if you purified by Ghusl from your last ganaba. 

If you are not Muslim, its easy too,

Just utter the ‘Shahaadataan’3 to be a Muslim: “Ash-hadu an laa ilaaha ill-Allah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan ‘abd-ullahi wa rasooluh.” this means that: “I testify that there is no true deity except Allah, and I testify that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.”
