          I was 17 years old, skinny, and insecure about my body. Fueled by this insecurity, I researched top fitness professionals and read book after book on growing muscle and ridding myself of "skinnyfat syndrome." After a couple years of research and experimentation, I realized that it is impossible for someone just starting out to sift though all of the information being thrown at them, so I created a guide that avoids all the noise, and just gives you the optimal way to begin your journey in its simpliest form.

          The guy on the front cover is me after 3 months. It's not photoshopped, and I was only working out on an old barbell set given to me from a friend and a couple of adjustable dumbbells. And I was in the sun a lot. And figured out how to properly trim my beard. But my point is, I'm not trying to rip anyone off. I just want to help people through the confusion of the fitness world.
