andpins Notebook Pouch pattern

The first Notebook Pouch was made in January 2017 when I started using a hardbacked planner and needed a spot to carry pens and washi tape, not finding anything commercially made, I made one!

Pattern is written to fit a MOLESKINE® large hardback notebook measuring 8.25” tall. At the end of the pattern, instructions are provided on how to determine the length of elastic needed for different size notebooks. Hardback notebooks are required for your finished Notebook Pouch to sit correctly on your notebook and not bow the edges.

The pattern requires that you have general knowledge of installing a zipper. If you don’t, I highly recommend the Wide Open Zipper Pouch tutorial from noodlehead (www.noodle-head.com); that is how I learned to install zippers.
