Each week, we’ll meet on Zoom for an interactive education session and Q&A.
You’ll walk away with actionable tools and resources to work on between sessions.
All participants will be added to a private member space, where we'll have weekly challenges to help you implement all you have learned, while having accountability and support from the group!
Navigating digestive issues can be a lonely journey, so let’s create a community and safe space together.
Section one - Nourish:
A quick Google search will tell you to cut out all the foods, but yet you’re still bloated? Weeks 1-4 will teach you how to identify your personal triggers along with the key nutrients for optimal gut health.
Section two - Mindfulness:
Naturally, food is the first thing that comes to mind when we’re bloated, but did you know that food is only one piece of the puzzle? Weeks 5-7 will teach you why how we eat is just as important as what we eat and how to hardness mindfulness for better gut health.
Section three - Food Freedom:
Hand's up who overthinks everything they eat? Weeks 9-12 will teach you how to let go of food fears so you can enjoy all foods, without the guilt.
I've managed to reincorporate some foods I previously thought I couldn't eat. I've also managed to recognise triggers and take better care of myself.
This was a very positive experience for me. I feel that for the first time I finally understand the link between stress and my digestive issues.
Everything just feels calmer. I am no longer having sugar cravings and now when I do crave something I can ask myself: 'do I want this or do I just need a good moan?' Oh and my reflux is completely gone!

In 2014, I struggled massively with irritable bowel syndrome and believe me, I tried it all.
Gluten free, dairy free, FODMAP free.. none of it worked.
Eventually I had enough of the restriction and started to add in more foods along with practicing yoga regularly. Read about my journey here.
Now, ten years later I am symptom free and have helped hundreds of others to do the same through nutrition and yoga and I'd love to help you too.

If you would prefer to remain anonymous, you are welcome to keep your camera on and use an alternative display name. Questions can be asked by direct message to me or before each session. Alternatively you could watch the session back on replay if that would suit better. Participants are encouraged to get involved but only as far as feels comfortable for each individual.
All change requires commitment and both in terms of time, energy and finance. What can be helpful is to consider how you want to feel 3, 6 or 12 months from now. Payment plans are available for this program, please get in touch so we can explore your options.
As this program is focused around our relationship with food, mindset and moving away from food fears, the content will likely be helpful to anyone with allergies that struggles in these areas. While there will be some recommendations regarding food and nutrition, this can be altered to suit your individual needs. The tools in this programme have helped 100's of previous 1-1 and group clients to over come their digestive issues. Once the participant engages with the programme and takes action with the recommended tools, some improvement would be expected. You get out what you put in!
