F.I.G. Nutrition stands for Food Is Good!
I help you to learn to befriend food instead of fearing it.
I am a nutritionist and yoga teacher specialising in digestion and disordered eating. I help you to beat the bloat without cutting out more food, while helping you to build a healthy and happy relationship to food.
As someone who has suffered with IBS, I have experienced the pain of elimination diets, food fear and anxiety, along with the prison of ‘gut friendly’ food rules which played havoc with my relationship to food and body image.
I want to teach you the tools to improve digestive issues and to regain that trust in yourself and your body.
Most importantly, to learn how to work with your body and not against it.
