Are you a young engineer passionate about pipe stress analysis and eager to grow under expert mentorship? This program is designed to help you take the next step in your professional journey, guided by Zdravko Ivančić, a seasoned pipe stress engineer and instructor with over 25 years of experience.
Program Overview
This free mentoring initiative offers selected candidates a unique opportunity to receive personalized guidance, technical coaching, and career support over a 6-month period.
Mentoring Program Details
Duration: 6 Months
Format: Online
Mentoring Frequency: 2 hours per week per mentee
Each mentee will receive:
• A personalized mentoring plan tailored to their goals and experience level
• Weekly online sessions focused on technical development, project support, and career guidance
• Ongoing feedback and support from Zdravko
Note: Each mentoring plan will be customized. No two paths will be the same.

Application Process
Step 1: Open Call for Applications
Duration: 1 month
Submit your application with a motivation letter explaining:
• Why you want to be mentored
• What you hope to achieve
• Why you believe Zdravko should mentor you
Step 2: Initial Selection
From all applications, 10 candidates will be selected for a 30-minute online conversation. Prior the conversation delivery of CV will be required.
These sessions will help assess your motivation, goals, and potential fit for the program.
Step 3: Final Selection
Based on the initial talks, 3 candidates will be chosen for the full mentoring program.
