Seven Warning Signs to Notice at a Property Viewing is a free Hunter Ellis guide for UK buyers. It shows you what to notice, what to record and when to obtain professional advice without asking you to diagnose a building.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• One-page A4 guide
• Five-page mobile / larger-type edition
• Seven plain-English warning-sign prompts
• Practical guidance on recording observations and uncertainty
• A clear route from an initial viewing to appropriate professional follow-up
HOW TO USE IT
Save the edition that suits you to your phone or print the A4 sheet before the viewing. Use it as a prompt, record only what you can safely see and seek the professional survey and legal advice appropriate to the purchase. If the property remains a serious contender, continue with the Hunter Ellis UK Homebuyer Viewing Toolkit.
