Purpose Pioneers is a 12-week transformational coaching experience for Christian women ready to grow deeper, get clearer, and move forward in what God is doing in them and calling them to do.
Through coaching, strategy, accountability and community, we make room for both the inner work of becoming and the outward work of building - whether this season is about strengthening your identity, faith, wellness and confidence, or moving a business, ministry, project, vision or other God-given assignment forward.
For many women, it's both.

The goal is to become more like Christ, live more fully as the woman God created you to be and faithfully steward what He has placed in your hands.

Purpose Pioneers combines spiritual formation with transformational coaching, practical strategy and accountability so that what God reveals does not simply remain an idea, journal entry or prayer.
You are supported in becoming healthier and more grounded in who you are while taking real steps toward what God has entrusted to you.
Because the fruit God cultivates within you should become evident in how you live, lead, serve, create and impact others.

Meet Founder and Coach, April B.
April Bowman, M.S., is a licensed Christian minister, transformation coach, entrepreneur, and learning and organizational development expert with more than 20 years of experience helping people grow, lead, and navigate meaningful change.
She holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and brings together biblical truth, spiritual formation, prophetic insight, coaching, and practical tools to help women experience transformation that reaches beyond what they know into how they actually live.
April is the founder of SOFULL, Bowman Global, and Bold Believers United Ministries and has coached and developed people across faith-based, nonprofit, education, and corporate spaces. She was also recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree.

PURPOSE PIONEERS™ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is Purpose Pioneers for?
Purpose Pioneers is for the woman who knows there is deeper work God wants to do in her and/or something He is calling her to move forward.
You may be rebuilding personally, getting clearer about your identity and purpose, navigating a transition, or actively building or expanding a business, ministry, project, program or other assignment.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you come.
Is Purpose Pioneers only for women building a business or ministry?
No. Some women enter Purpose Pioneers needing deeper personal and spiritual growth, greater clarity, confidence and healthier rhythms.
Others come ready to launch, build or expand something tangible.
For many women, both are happening at the same time.
What happens during the 12 weeks?
We meet virtually, twice a month for two-hour live within our Skool platform for our Purpose Pioneer Circles that include coaching, biblical teaching, reflection, prayer, strategy and practical next steps.
You will also have a Purpose Partner, guided reflection and action between sessions, access to the private Purpose Pioneers community, a monthly Builders Circle and support in creating your 2027 Life + Purpose Plan.
What if I can't attend every session?
Live participation is encouraged because coaching and community are an important part of the experience. Sessions will also be recorded and available for replay.
