Purpose Pioneers is a 12-week transformational coaching experience for Christian women ready to grow deeper, get clearer, and move forward in what God is doing in them and calling them to do.
Through coaching, strategy, accountability and community, we make room for both the inner work of becoming and the outward work of building - whether this season is about strengthening your identity, faith, wellness and confidence, or moving a business, ministry, project, vision or other God-given assignment forward.
For many women, it's both.

- Move a God-given idea, business, ministry, project or personal goal forward with greater clarity and strategy.
- Build healthier rhythms that support who you are becoming and what you are carrying.
- Enter 2027 with your own Life + Purpose Plan and clear next steps for the season ahead.
The goal is to become more like Christ, live more fully as the woman God created you to be and faithfully steward what He has placed in your hands.

For some women, this season is about rebuilding within - strengthening your identity, confidence, faith, wellness, relationships and rhythms.
For others, it is time to build outwardly - to launch, expand, create or steward a business, ministry, project, program or other God-given vision.
For many of us, it is both.
Purpose Pioneers combines spiritual formation with transformational coaching, practical strategy and accountability so that what God reveals does not simply remain an idea, journal entry or prayer.
You are supported in becoming healthier and more grounded in who you are while taking real steps toward what God has entrusted to you.
Because the fruit God cultivates within you should become evident in how you live, lead, serve, create and impact others.

Two-hour live virtual sessions combining biblical teaching, transformational coaching, prayer, reflection, strategy and practical next steps.
October 5th & 19th
November 2nd & 16th
December 7th & 21st
1st and 3rd Mondays at 7:30pm Central Time.

✔ PERSONAL COACHING IN COMMUNITY
An intimate cohort with room for your real questions, decisions, challenges and next steps.
Whether the work is personal, professional, ministry-related or connected to something you are building, you will have opportunities to receive coaching and move forward.
✔ YOUR 2027 LIFE + PURPOSE PLAN
A guided personal plan bringing together what God is showing you, what He has entrusted to you, what needs your yes and your no, the rhythms that will support you and your priorities for the season ahead.
✔ BUILDERS CIRCLE
A monthly coaching and implementation space for Pioneers actively building, launching or expanding a business, ministry, project, program or other assignment.
Bring what you are working on, receive strategy and feedback, and leave with clear next steps.
✔ PURPOSE PARTNERS
Prayer, encouragement, and accountability with a paired match to connect in between sessions so you are not walking this out alone.
✔ REFLECTION & ACTION
Guided prompts and practices to help you move what God is showing you from revelation into your everyday life.
✔ PRIVATE PURPOSE PIONEERS™ COMMUNITY
A safe space within our Skool platform to stay connected between sessions, share progress, ask questions and receive encouragement and practical support across faith, life, wellness, business, ministry and purpose.

Meet Founder and Coach, April B.
April Bowman, M.S., is a licensed Christian minister, transformation coach, entrepreneur, and learning and organizational development expert with more than 20 years of experience helping people grow, lead, and navigate meaningful change.
She holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and brings together biblical truth, spiritual formation, prophetic insight, coaching, and practical tools to help women experience transformation that reaches beyond what they know into how they actually live.
April is the founder of SOFULL, Bowman Global, and Bold Believers United Ministries and has coached and developed people across faith-based, nonprofit, education, and corporate spaces. She was also recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree.
Through Purpose Pioneers, April helps women know God more deeply, become more secure in who they are, gain clarity around their purpose and calling, and faithfully steward what God has placed in their hands.

PURPOSE PIONEERS™ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is Purpose Pioneers for?
Purpose Pioneers is for the woman who knows there is deeper work God wants to do in her and/or something He is calling her to move forward.
You may be rebuilding personally, getting clearer about your identity and purpose, navigating a transition, or actively building or expanding a business, ministry, project, program or other assignment.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you come.
Is Purpose Pioneers only for women building a business or ministry?
No. Some women enter Purpose Pioneers needing deeper personal and spiritual growth, greater clarity, confidence and healthier rhythms.
Others come ready to launch, build or expand something tangible.
For many women, both are happening at the same time.
What happens during the 12 weeks?
We meet virtually, twice a month for two-hour live within our Skool platform for our Purpose Pioneer Circles that include coaching, biblical teaching, reflection, prayer, strategy and practical next steps.
You will also have a Purpose Partner, guided reflection and action between sessions, access to the private Purpose Pioneers community, a monthly Builders Circle and support in creating your 2027 Life + Purpose Plan.
What if I can't attend every session?
Live participation is encouraged because coaching and community are an important part of the experience. Sessions will also be recorded and available for replay.
