April Bowman, M.S., is a licensed Christian minister, transformation coach, entrepreneur, and learning and organizational development expert with more than 20 years of experience helping people grow, lead, and navigate meaningful change.

She holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and brings together biblical truth, spiritual formation, prophetic insight, coaching, and practical tools to help women experience transformation that reaches beyond what they know into how they actually live.

April is the founder of SOFULL, Bowman Global, and Bold Believers United Ministries and has coached and developed people across faith-based, nonprofit, education, and corporate spaces. She was also recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree.

Through Purpose Pioneers, April helps women know God more deeply, become more secure in who they are, gain clarity around their purpose and calling, and faithfully steward what God has placed in their hands.
